Our PMP Exam Prep course includes: Getting Started section with
three modules explaining the PMP Exam, how to access required resources, a
study plan, and a PM Overview. Following this is a great video summarizing a project
from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing. It
maps the 49 processes from the Process Group, a Practice Guide, and the 35 Tasks
from the ECO. The next session has nine separate Agile Modules, so you will understand
Agile, which is 50% of the exam. The next section follows the PMI Exam Content
Outline with 14 People Domain Modules. The 17 tasks associated with the Process domain each
have a separate module, and we have created a section to explain the four tasks
related to the business environment Domain. Each module is bite-sized and
includes a PDF of the slides to download and take notes as you watch the course
and a quiz.
